Fantastic experience: I recently had to use a process server to serve someone some courts papers. This person had been dodging me for almost a year. I found myself suddenly needing the person served in a timely manner as my court date is quickly approaching. I found Hawkins Investigations and gave them a call. Mr. George Hawkins immediately returned my call. I met with him on a Saturday afternoon to give him my documents to be served. I was hoping to hear back from Mr. Hawkins late the following week to tell me that the person had been served with the court papers. However, Mr. Hawkins contacted me on Monday morning to tell me that they had served the person with my court papers already and that I could meet with him at anytime to get the necessary papers to take to the courthouse. Mr. Hawkins is very professional and efficient and my family has also used him in the past. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to investigator if I need similar business done in the future. Fantastic experience: I have been using Hawkins investigations for several years for all our background checks. He is always timely, accurate and very professional. We are very pleased with the service we get for the value of his prices.

Negative experience: They never replied

Negative experience: George took on a time sensitive case to serve someone legally but never even sent us an invoice and then went on vacation. I’m not sure why he promised to help us but he never did anything with the information we gave him, which was extensive on the person, and never kept in touch with us, we always had to contact him to ask what was going on. He wasted three precious weeks that the next person could have used to help us track this person down. Very big let down and extremely unprofessional.
