Fantastic experience: These folks are wonderful. I have a solo law practice and utilize On Call for serving legal papers. They do a great job, and they consistently find people who try to avoid service or are otherwise difficult to find.

Fantastic experience: We operate a sophisticated private investigation and research firm in Los Angeles. One of our corporate clients, via their law firm attorneys, had the usual last minute goat rodeo to find distant witnesses and get them served. One such was in the On Call Investigative neighborhood of Waco TX. We had to find the witness, who would be dodging, and serve them, before discovery cutoff in 48 hours. On Call was on the job, an effort that involved home stakeouts, DMV and employment research, continuously working with us both inventively on their own and as a part of a team to get this done. And then, it turned out, the subpoena had an error and so it had to be served again! Yikes! No problem for On Call, they were responsive, calm, communicative, quick thinking, on the job. Well done!
