Negative experience: I contacted Jacob Sarver of Lucas Investigations LLC in of Feb 2024 in regards to assistance with a DOC transfer. He agreed to assist so we sent the payment and have not heard from him since. He took $1,500 from an acting single mother and is ignoring all attempts at communication and request for payment refund due to services not rendered. We are seeking legal options as we’d just like our money back.

Fantastic experience: I hired Jacob and Lucas Investigations to help with my Child Custody case after my attorney recommended him. It was simply the best decision that I have ever made. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I cant thank Jacob and the team at Lucas Investigations enough for allowing me to show the Judge that my ex was a harm to my children. If you care about your kids, it is well worth the money to hire these guys!

Negative experience: Flat out fraud. This company signed a sworn statement to a judge saying that they served paper to me when they did not. Flat out criminals!!
