Fantastic experience: Phenomenal services and great customer service!!!! They provide so many services that it makes the stress and tension go away. Had a tenant living for almost 2+ years without paying any rent and currently still living and had no information of her especially her social security information because my dad forgot to get that information but our lawyer recommended this service and thank god we were able to recover her social security number now we are just waiting on the courts to process the paperwork and hopefully should be resolved soon!

Negative experience: Please do not waste your money. I had a terrible experience. They DID NOT deliver anything valuable to my case, they kept delaying for over a few weeks to get everything to me. Ms. L was pleasant, but I don't think anyone else does anything in this office. I have never ever spoken to anyone else other than Ms. L and a person who answers the phone. I could have paid $99 and did all the findings myself. Again, they could not find anything new to me. They sent over a 'report' which they simply copied from my discovery and other information that my attorney and I have provided. Please do not use this agency. Update 06-30-2022 I spoke to few other people who used their service and they had a similar experience, they were not given what they were promised. You could just pay $9 for people search website and do it your own.
