Positive experience: I had been involved in an embarrassing international romantic scam and started looking online for resources to assist me. Because it was an international event, there were very few resources available. I found this company on Google and called on a Saturday afternoon and actually spoke directly with the investigator. This investigator took the time to find out the details, did not make me feel embarrassed or ashamed and encouraged me to be vocal and take action. These things live in shame and secrecy. They charge entirely too much, take commissions, etc. Investigative Resources did not do that, I felt respect and honored, two very hard things to find.
