Allied Investigative Services

Fantastic experience: Paul with Allied Investigative Services was a blessing in providing services for the Law Firm I work for. He was extremely responsive and quick to attempt service. Unfortunately, the person no longer lived at the address to be served but Paul stepped right up and started tracking them down. This is the next level of service that helps ease our minds. We look forward to doing business with them again.

Fantastic experience: In an effort to obtain out-of- state service on a case, we called around to local law offices in Alabama and Allied Investigative Services were highly recomennded. We were skeptical at first, due to the reviews that we read online, however we are glad we went with them. They were prompt not only in correpsonding but on serivce as well. We will be using them again!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. Nothing but excuses on why they dropped the ball.

Negative experience: Sent simple job to serve anyone 16, or older, but did not receive any update notification AT ALL. Emailed to find out what the status was only to find out they attempted 7 days prior finding the location was vacant. Their response was that I should call/email them daily to find out the status and the client should have sent a good address as if it was our fault, or the attorney!!! Now the documents have expired and have to be reissued. Will not be using again.
