Negative experience: Sad and embarrassed to say I was scammed by this company. I don’t think they are a legit PI company. I drove all the way from Miami to Jacksonville. Met with the guy James Brown. All he had to do was locate the defendant and serve a summons to appear. I gave him all the info, contacts, etc there was not much left for him to do as a Pi but locate and serve the document. However once he cashed the $400 check, he stop answering his phone. Doesn’t return email, phone, text or vm. I tricked him once and called from a different number, he answered in shock but never again. He wasted all my time and money. I am beyond disappointed. Beware

Negative experience: NEGATIVE ATTITUDE AND WILL TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO TRASH YOUR PERSONAL POSSESSIONS...BAD SERVICE. No communication. THEIR OFFICE IS NO LONGER THERE.. JUST A BAD NAME AND WORSE INVESTIGATORS MORE LIKE SCAM SCAM SCAM.... VERY NASTY HEAD INVESTIGATOR AND HIS ASSISTANT IS NEVER ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AS MUCH AS THEY CAN... PROFESSIONALISM IS -3

Negative experience: This is where you go if you want to loose your money. These are not professionals by any means. Please be mindful you will loose your money. They will not do the work and will not answer the phone after they receive your money. Don’t do it. Walk away!!!

Fantastic experience: James was professional and up front with every aspect of the investigation gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner.

Negative experience: I fill he riped me off. He said my first appointment was free of charge. He says he charged 60 per hour. He watched my girlfriend for 3 hours off and on. But his company charged me 275 . I don't no good English but I no he charge to much
