Negative experience: Never talked to anyone, don't need to

Negative experience: I requested a private investigator to gather some information for my company, he agreed and accepted the assignment. He even told me he would have report by weeks end. Weeks end came and went, I called, emailed and left voicemails (the mailbox was full) after I was told report was ready. No response, it has been two months. No call back. No emailed response. Poor communication, not professional.

Negative experience: UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK AND THEY REFUSED. AFTER ACCEPTING THE JOB, CONFIRMED RATE OF PAY, RECEIVED ALL DATA FOR THE CASE, THEY JUST DECIDED THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO IT AND THEY DID NOT INFORM US UNTIL 1PM WHEN THE JOB WAS TO BEGIN AT 7AM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY - RUN RUN RUN. YOU WILL REGRET HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. Right now I am very very disappointed in the service and lack of communication. My rating may change depending on if I ever hear back from anyone. Javier was supposed to start a case for us this morning and send us shots and communicate every hour and we have not heard from him at all and no-one answers the phones and the 2 numbers they have you call if you need someone immediately - 1 doesn't let you call it and the other the voice mail is full. This is not a good way to run a business.

Fantastic experience: Former married last name "Montano" Going through divorce, hired a previous detective else where, did not do what he said he would do and over charged me. I regret not sticking to my first consultation with Valcor. I went back to hire Valcor. They are very professional, clear on explaining things to you, kind, willing to work with you and very helpful. They really take the time to try to get you what you are asking for. They make you feel like your specific case matters and always available for your questions. I highly recommend Valcor, don't waste your time with other detectives. Bobby in particular had my case, he is awesome, very knowledgeable, sincere, and he just goes the extra mile for clients. Just wanted to say thank you. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I was involved in an accident and needed more information on the other driver and searched for pi and found Valcor, they helped me run a search on the driver and was able to find them. Efficient, professional, fast and good price.
