Fantastic experience: Had a good experience with this recovery outfit. Woman named Becky that I spoke with was very helpful and I was able to get all my belongings back.

Negative experience: I know it’s, see them and get them while you can, in the repo world, but that does not give any drivers the right to circumvent the law, and in a CLOSE call, almost mow down children and parents unloading at an active bus stop! When a concerned parent called to report said driver, you acted dismissive. Getting the job done at the cost of dead children, in their second week of school, while horrified parents watch as your driver screams obscenity’s at them, while roaring thru the mandatory, by law, stop zone like a person on fire, is unacceptable!I will make certain your driver is prosecuted, as we have great pictures of his truck and license.

Negative experience: Insane drivers

Fantastic experience: Finally an awesome Recovery company that does what they are suppose to and what they say they will do to get the job done. Sherrie is very professional and punctual. We had an out of state repossession that they took care of and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this company to any used car dealership that might have doubts working out of state. Great communication and well job done!

Fantastic experience: It is hard to find someone new you can trust to do things right the first time. Look no further. I called and emailed another company first for two days with no response. I called Recovery Logistics and got Sherrie on the phone and I knew this was the right company to get the job done. They work quickly and they even dealt with our customer to get their personal belongings back and were able to get the keys from our debtor saving us hundreds of dollars. I will definitely use Recovery Logistics again. Don’t waste time emailing or calling around. This is the absolute best choice for your job!
