Negative experience: My fiancé and I are incredibly disappointed and let down by our experience. It's hard to believe that someone with a law enforcement background could essentially take $2,500 from a desperate mother. We only asked Miss Tara to draw up one piece of paper using evidence we’d already provided to help reunite our family. Instead, she scheduled appointments that never happened, ignored our phone calls, and only occasionally sent misleading texts that gave us false hope. After more than eight months and $2,500 spent, we feel utterly disgusted with this situation.

Negative experience: Just an FYI, all information that you paid to gather will be destroyed after two years. Supposedly it’s an industry policy, or at least that’s what I was told.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Gave very clear, detailed instructions on what steps were needed by my family as well as what documents and gave time-frames. All options were discussed . Dr.Tarlanda Dempsey kept the family informed on the steps she was taking as well. Very thorough. The case never made it to court. Charges were dropped.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tarlanda Dempsey of Prestige Investigation Agency of Florida, Inc. is awesome. I needed a private process server to handle a unique situation for service of a summons by Florida Statutes 48.011; 48.021 and Dr. Dempsey ensured the matter was handled appropriately, without fail, and with celerity (Summons was served in less than 24 hours of hiring Dr. Dempsey. Again, she is AWESOME ).

Fantastic experience: Awesome investigation agency. We hired the agency for a criminal investigation for my cousin. It was expensive but worth every dime. He is now a free man thanks to this agency. God taught us patience during this process. The wait was worth it and the process was a learning experience. I highly recommend this agency for your investigative needs.
