Negative experience: Called left a message using my name, saying I came up in an investigation connected to a person I've never heard of & don't know. When I start asking questions, they started lying & got nasty & rude. Tried to intimidate me. I reported them to the FCC as my number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 2012.

Negative experience: Sandy is absolutely rude and this company needs to be shut down. They are calling me about someone I haven’t spoken to in over 10 years. Why are they calling me and not contacting the person directly? This is absolutely ridiculous and it’s harassment.

Negative experience: Called my boyfriend and it showed up on his phone as potential spam. Sandy then called me, my father, and my parents house phone. She threaten to show up at my parents house where I haven’t lived in over five years. His family was not contacted at all and we were each told something completely different on why they were contacting us. Ended up being a bank error on their end. When I called back to ask them to stop harassing my family they told me he had already responded and I wasn’t need anymore. No previous contact was made at all by the bank, and even after resolving the issue Sandy continued to be incredibly rude to my boyfriend despite him working with her to solve an issue. Completely unprofessional, that should be seen as harassment.

Negative experience: I received a call from this POS company out of the blue, asking for me and looking for my brother (who died unexpectantly in January and has never lived here). I told them not to call ever again and my brother doesn't live here. The psycho woman literally yelled at me and said " I know he's passed away and we're looking for a Ninja motorcycle, where is it!?" I have no clue about any motorcycle and in what world does she lives where it's appropriate to harass a grieving sibling about a dead brother's motorcycle I have zero knowledge of even existing? Totally disgraceful behavior, sickening and amoral. They also tried calling my sister but she was smart enough to not answer. This company should face charges, no way is it even remotely acceptable or legal to harass a grieving sibling over another dead siblings financial affairs, WTF planet do they live on?

Negative experience: Answers phone but denies being a private investigator,,then trys to investigate people in NY without a license to do so...A for effort in explaining they wont explain, so you dont have to waste anymore time on phone with them.

Negative experience: Yvette is one of the least professional people I've ever spoke to. The company is a joke.
