We perform research and discovery of surplus funds from real estate foreclosure or tax sales. We audit accounts for other abandoned, forgotten, and sometimes unknown funds. We then locate rightful owners and help our clients (who may be owed a significant amount of money) file a claim with the government using appropriate court orders and legal work such as estate or probate to get their money back – all with NO out of pocket cost to the client.

Negative experience: They sent us a letter dated 8/12/23, in an envelope printed 3/5/24, that arrived with the late March mail, regarding funds that we had already reclaimed on our own months ago. Infer what you will from that about their timeliness and attention to detail.
