Fantastic experience: I or we appreciate the Services of your company. The personality and service of the driver, Ergano was PERFECT!!! He is an awesome driver and person. His personality was contagious to us all which is seldom taken in. I will forever recommend your company to any I know visiting the Maryland area. Thank you and make sure my guy, Ergano is tops and we all had great conversations.

Negative experience: Guy is a hot head and will punch you, your property, or threaten you if something bad happens. Just had this happen to me. His vehicle was in MY lane (so he’s not a good driver apparently) and my mirror scratched the back of his car. About a 3” scratch. No big deal, was willing to be civil until he got out, started screaming at me, and punched my car. Then he called 911 and claimed I had a gun on me. When the police arrived 60 seconds later, they realized I wasn’t armed and that Curtis had just lied about this to get them there faster. I’d avoid doing business with this knucklehead. See ya in court.

Fantastic experience: Diplomat cars is 5 star service and always my go to Airport VIP transport experience. Maurice is always there when I arrive and has my comfort as his priority. He replies to my requests within minutes and has never been unavailable. Highly Recommend Diplomat.
