Fantastic experience: I hired Michelle at Rancho Attorney Services to serve 2 defendants. They avoided 3 or 4 attempts to be served at their home despite their vehicles in the driveway and lights on in the home. As we got closer to the court date, Michelle went to their place of work to serve them, at no extra charge. She really understood my position and the urgency of my situation and went beyond the call of duty to complete the service. She finally got them at their home I called Michelle's office the night before the court date after the office had closed to get another copy of the proof of service. To my surprise, Michelle called me right back from home, and sent me another copy. While I was at her office, she offered invaluable advice as to how to successfully accomplish my goal. Michelle called me after the case just to follow up, even though her job was complete. I'm very grateful for her expertise and professional knowledge and advice. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time and is good at it.
