Fantastic experience: Investigative Research Specialties Review - I am elated as I give a review of my experience with Investigative Research Specialties. I had been searching for a year and a half for a person who defaulted on a personal loan from me with no success! I ended up filing for a claims suit with the City Marshall Courthouse. However, the Marshalls assigned to “serve” the subject were unsuccessful in locating the subject.
