Negative experience: This company is a joke first they didn't do full house agent said on a frosted glass globe in bedroom now nobody can see through that if you Google it says clear packaging tape on frosted glass u can see right through second checking tracking devices in car agent jump on door panel like magnetic device would fall off wouldn't waste my money again other companies said would take 2 days to while house this guy did in maybe 3 hrs never again good luck
Mr. Levaduski, we are quite surprised and disappointed by this review. It's a little hard to follow but we conducted a through inspection at your residence on April 11th 2022. In the 1 year and 7 months since we have not heard from you at all or had any opportunity to address any of your concerns. At the time of your inspection you wrote "I can rest with confidence that my house is clean with nothing, can live in peace" on a signed customer satisfaction form. You were present during the entirety of the inspection and everything was explained to you in detail as we do on every inspection. We go to great lengths to keep our equipment in perfect working order and our technicians trained with the latest techniques and TSCM threats. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and would have gladly addressed any of your concerns either on site or with a simple phone call any time later. We 100% stand by any services we have provided in the past and are fully confident in our abilities as professional TSCM providers. We sincerely hope you are able to get any help you may need and hope that if there is anything we can further assist you with you will feel free to reach out.
