Negative experience: I want this company to see how their driver acted on 1-40 east between marker 111-120 Friday Dec 13th around 2:00 pm. This driver continued to tailgate us for miles. He was all over the line almost hitting another truck in the right lane. He tailgated us until we were able to move over and as you can see he continued to drive reckless once he passed us. This type of behavior could have seriously hurt someone and there was no need to act like this. Please speak with him before he hurts someone
Positive experience: Update, after posting the review several managers within the business contacted me apologizing for the lack of communication and credited me back that nights worth of charges promptly. Their apologies were sincere, and I'm sure they are working to rectify their problems internally. Obviously the sleeping guard and the unfriendly office personnel amplified my frustrations, so it's unfair to judge a whole company by the actions of a few. I'm sure had the management been aware of the issues at hand, they would have rectified the problem earlier. To their credit they are fair in price, were prompt in getting a guard to our business, and their local manager Lucny was a big help in the process. Their hired guards sleep on the job! Picture attached I hate to leave bad reviews as a fellow business owner, as social media and online reviews are sometimes used as leverage to get an unjust result that benefits the consumer, however my frustration is due to the lack of communication, and ownership of the problem that has transpired since a Fast Guards employee I hired to the tune of $300 a night was found sleeping on duty by our local police dept. I am simply asking for a refund for that night, and I'm having to constantly reach out, with no return communication. Vanessa was nice on the phone when I called, they immediately had me a quote and assured me a guard would be available on same day notice. That was nice. She invoiced me 33% of what my bill should have been and I was honest enough to let her know the mistake on my end. She thanked me. She immediately took my payment, and told me the local area manager would contact me. Shortly after the local manager called me, and we arranged a meeting at my business. One of my initial questions was obviously what they did to keep their employees from "nodding off" on the job. Our guy was not nodding off! This guy was in REM sleep, horizontal with the seat reclined, and didn't notice two police cars approaching. Our place could have been ransacked. He assured me there are relief teams that bring coffee and provide the ability for guards to take a break . That obviously didn't happen. The manager did stop by and personally apologize and give me his assurance we would be refunded, and that the office would contact me. As well as provide a different guard that had to be UBER driven here. Not sure the caliber of their hired help with that being the case. I emailed Vanessa the picture and request for refund as well, with no response. Since then I have talked to two different people at Fast Guard, both arguing that some or no refund would be issued, because there was no way to know how many of the 9 hours their guard was sleeping! That was an interesting way to look at the situation I thought. The final person I talked to said they would be sending me an email with the amount of refund immediately when I get off the phone, and I still haven't received it. I patiently waited for an hour before writing this review. Vanessa was quick to take the money (5 minutes) but refunds take 5-10 business days if I'm lucky enough to get one from what they tell me. When I told them we refund our customers immediately if there is an issue I was told "that's not how we do things here". I would think a business would make immediate rectification when it's texted/emailed a picture of their "security guard" sleeping while hired for a customer. That's got to be the #1 thing not to do in their line of work I would think. Every form of communication has been initiated by me, they have never reached out once with an attempt to make me a customer happy. Highly disappointing......
