Negative experience: I only gave them a one star because I can't leave zero stars. I had Kevin Leary serve my ex-husband divorce papers months ago and I had the court call and told me they never received the papers. I have been calling them and emailing them and nobody has called me back just left the courthouse and was unable to finish my divorce because the constable did not send back the papers to the courthouse. very poor service. Do not recommend them at all!

Positive experience: I only put 3 stars just so I could share the details of my experience but I really don't have a rating for this business just information. I called 2x. The line seemed like it didn't have an answering service because after ringing it asked for me to enter some sort of access code. So I called back a few minutes later and was able to get Kevin Leary on the phone. Told him I was looking to file a complaint for modification with a fee waiver in NC. He said he wasn't accepting fee waivers because the state hasn't paid him in over a year (which is sad). He said good luck finding someone to do it especially because others are having the same issue with the state. Said the state hasn't been paying the fees. He quoted a price of $120 which Idk much about pricing for this service but it was much different from what the courts told me to expect which was $50. Update: a day later I learned I could get the complaint served directly through NC county with the fee waiver. Which saves me $120. Make sure you do your homework. Using the internet and asking questions goes a long way. Hope this can help someone
