Fantastic experience: Awesome service from Joe Hurley, efficient, fast and reliable. Very professional, highly recommend this company to any friends and family! 10/10
Negative experience: Hired Mr. Hurley to investigate someone. Was promised information within a few days but received nothing. Sent several emails and voicemails for days and had no response until after my 10th (?) contact and he emailed they were "working on it and other cases" but they "haven't received a deposit yet". I immediately replied by email that I was unaware a deposit was due and asked how much and he still hasn't responded. Far as im concerned, this is a very unprofessional company that makes promises they cannot keep with poor communication skills.
A deposit was required for any work to be performed, we never received, so no work was performed. Another person wanting something for nothing.
Negative experience: Totally unprofessional !!! These people lie & make fictitious reports on what the person looks like that they supposedly had contact with, they claim the person was 6'2" 250 lbs & salt & pepper hair in reality the person is 5'10" 85 years old & bald??? Theirs iq is only superseded by their shoe size. If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not deal with these people!!!
This firm NEVER worked for this individual. This individual hired another Firm in South Florida and that firm hired us. We have never dealt with this reviewer as the practice is he speaks with the firm he hired and we only speak with the firm that hired us. If that firm was unprofessional to him, he cannot hold against this firm. Shame on Google for not allowing a response prior to posting.
Negative experience: Could not be more displeased with Joe Hurley and the business man he is. Our process service experience was unsuccessful and communication unsatisfactory AND I was threatened with a defamation lawsuit for leaving a bad review. I wonder how many other customers have been victims of this bullying.
The way Service of Process works is that you send the Process server documents and he/she tries to serve. The problem was is that the service could not be made because the client did not provide accurate information for the service and this is relied upon for effective servicevand the firm provided a non-service affidavit as well as invoice in which you decided you did not want to pay. This client provided numerous nasty voicemails and it has been discovered that she works for/with another Process Serving Firm in the local area. That is when we decided to proceed to the Secretary of State and the case is forthcoming for non payment in a court civil action matter and malicious business practices and is why we did threaten a Defamation lawsuit and Google allows people to leave erroneous reviews without the other side commenting first. Shame on Google.

Fantastic experience: Quickly and accurately performed services in accordance with state and federal laws. This agency will have clear and constant communications with all customers who require either Legal Process or Private Investigative Services
