Fantastic experience: Fred at MPI was very responsive, great communication and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use his services again if needed. No need to look anywhere else.

Negative experience: If for some reason you must contact MidWest by phone, good luck getting a phone call in return. As far as a service business, their attempts are vary basic, uneducated, unforthought yet you will still receive a bill for attempts. I use investigators quit often, but i will not use MidWest Private Investigator moving forward. Very poor communication!!

Fantastic experience: My young son needed to be served adoption papers. why in the world it's required for an 11 year old to be served adoption papers is beyond me... but they were very kind and made it an easy process, even gave the kids candy and made them feel comfortable! Couldn't ask for more!

Negative experience: I give this service no stars. Appointment was made and appointment was a no show. Multiple follow up calls were made office staff was kind and courteous number was given for direct follow up and was blown off and asked to find other services. I give 1 star for the gentlemen's wife which is the office staff. Not happy and do not recommend.
