Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Not even a hello or anything at first. Mr.youngblood walked out and the first thing he asked me was" how many polys have you taken and why did you fail them?" And then began to harp on me about those experiences. And guess what everything my test claimed to be untruthful was the same things that I said to him. After taking this poly and I took another one for a different department and passed with flying colors. The guy I took the 2nd poly with knew him and said that it didn't surprise him. He also forgot to have me sign documents after I left and called me acting all cool saying he was going to tell the department to retest. Over all worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Wow…did my first polygraph ever with Mr. Youngblood on Tuesday…I didn’t know anything about the process and what is going to be asked of me but I came in with faith, honesty and determination, I walked out 3hrs later successfully. Mr. Youngblood was very informative, professional and very forthright with everything…made me feel calm and focus. I am so glad I did it. I never knew how hard and difficult the entire process will be. In the end, it’s all worth it…thank you again, Mr. Youngblood for your services.

Positive experience: I took my very first polygraph and omg it was super stressful! Not knowing what to expect even though, I had nothing to hide and I was completely honest. Mr. Youngblood has many years of experience he was professionalism and has the knowledge in this field. Mr. Youngblood helped me relax to a point where I was comfortable to take the test. He also took the time to explain the process which was very helpful. I just want to thank you again for your time sir. If you have a polygraph with Mr Youngblood and Associates. Just be honest and be truthful. Don't lie! We need good officers especially what is going on in the world now days. Good luck and stay safe.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. First, you will always deal with an answering service. That's not convenient. Second, I was asked by Mr. Youngblood if I could come in early because he had a cancellation. I did come in early. I came in about 2 hours early. When I arrived, I was given paperwork. It was only two pages. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before Mr. Youngblood came back out. He apologized for the wait, stating he had things to deal with. We went through the questionnaire. That part was fine. When he hooked me up to the polygraph chair, he got a phone call in the middle of him giving me the test WHICH HE TOOK. He literally left me in the chair, and left the room to take the call. He was gone for over 15 minutes. I was really uncomfortable with that. It was already such a stressful situation and he made it more stressful. He also told me I was being deceptive when I was telling the truth. I was overall not happy at all with the professionalism and would not recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I took my first poly and it was stressful, intense and not a good experience at all. Mr. Youngblood made my second experience absolutely wonderful! I felt so open and honest with him. He made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt so proud of myself because I got through it with Mr. Youngblood guiding me through it. I felt accomplished just complete it! Thank you so much Mr. Youngblood!!!!
