Negative experience: They have an incredibly dishonest way of doing business and as a result i will have to pay more than twice what i normally do for a service. I was given a price for 3 attempts at an address. When we were told ducments needed to be amended at the location, they did not hold the job. They closed it out and said they would have to charge me again after i sent amended documents even though i had two attempts left. Have never had this issue when using another process serving company so fellow process servers beware.
We are sorry you were unsatisfied with your experience with our firm. We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. Our firm quoted and stated we would do three attempts. In this case, the subpoena provided by the client was incomplete, and the clerk at the given location was not able to accept an incomplete subpoena. When the documents were not accepted, we closed the job as a “Non-Service Return.” Due to this scenario, the process must be restarted, and three new attempts are put into place when new documents are provided.
