Negative experience: We had them come out to our Business After hours and we were here for a good 3 hours and then we left everything was fine. They said it would take 7-14 days to get our video of any findings Done. we are now 4 almost 5 weeks passed and they stopped all communication. He said he was sick I understood then he said short Staffing I even understood that but why stop all communication with us and we have yet to get our video. We even were Talking about having them Come back but Not anymore. I had really high hopes for them.
