Positive experience: John did a great investigation. But Shawn Markleysburg has an anger management problem and is difficult to work with.

Negative experience: Emailed briefly with Shawn and he jump to conclusions when I mentioned they were specifically referred to me and I'd advise the person who did of an apparent policy they only work with attorneys, which isn't listed anywhere on their website. It does say personal services so it seems false advertising. So many other businesses out there with actual professionals to inquire with. My advice would be not to waste your time contacting this one since their website is misleading and employees are paranoid with bad attitude projection.

Negative experience: Called yesterday to ask assistance for son's father to be served. I told the male I was speaking with that answered that I knew his hours of work and apartment complex he lived in, after the person asked other questions and laughed in a snarky matter because I didn't know how to locate my son's father, I told them I will look for someone else to assist and ended the call-he called me back private...weird..
