STT Security and Investigations

Fantastic experience: We needed security at our properties in Fife Lake at the last minute. STT Security and Investigation services provided us with that and more! They answered our need within 24 hours! And we did everything long distance! Their communication throughout the process was wonderful. They followed up to see if we needed additional help and provided that help when we did. This company is very professional. The contract and payment process was easy. I am pleased to be able to pass on this personal recommendation for STT Security and Investigation services.

Positive experience: This was the 2nd time we used this security firm, and it was not without its hiccups. Our initial communication was spot-on and easy to work with. Once on-site, there was a tool malfunction that took about 20 minutes to remedy at which time we had to search out a solution and caused a backup for our event causing us to run behind schedule by 20 minutes. We were disappointed that we had to ask for a solution, and one was not provided without having to ask. When a solution was finally made available, they made up for it 3-fold. We had wished they would have started strong to begin with. They did care about our event and worked hard for us.

Negative experience: Few actually decent people, majority seem to be power tripping folk with issues, I'd sooner trust my life with a rabid squirrel with an I.E.D strapped to itself to protect me. God forbid one of these bad apples has a bad day, you're bound to be subjected to their crummy attitudes, I've had several poor encounters with these employees and even fewer positive, I will say thank you for the few who treat those with respect however do better.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, dedicated to serving the clients needs in any capacity. Extremely professional looking and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond their expectations. There isn't anything this company won't do to for fill whatever the clients needs are.
