All communication prior serving a passing through town travelling business had been done over the phone. Mr. Jeff had been excellent in his explanations and client oriented listening skills. The service had been executed properly, on time and all legal requirements addressing out of state service had been fulfilled. Fantastic experience: I am an attorney in Tyler, Texas. I had used another process server in Missouri to serve someone a document with a citation and notice. The 1st gentlemen did not even read the citation and proceeded to serve the person based upon "Missouri laws." I later learned that he did not even appropriately do that. I was in a pinch. I had to have this person served very quickly. I spoke w/ Mr. Jeff who was very helpful in this matter. He explained how he normally runs his business and that he would have to charge me a rush fee, but would attempt service immediately.
