Negative experience: On July 3, 2024 I paid Richard Pannell $157.50 to have court documents served on a subject in Mechanicsville. Starting on July 12th, I began calling (three different listed telephone numbers) and emailing, requesting a status update. Despite having left six or more requests for a call back, as of August 8, 2024 I have yet to hear from anyone at Armenhyl. Extremely unprofessional. Fortunately I was able to contest the charge with my credit card company.

Fantastic experience: I am the owner of RCI International Process Service and Investigations in Baltimore Maryland and routinely use independent process servers throughout the country on behalf of our clients. After placing several phone calls at 8:30PM, I finally got an answer from Richard Pannell at Armenhyl Group who coordinated with his staff on a last minute rush service that had to be accomplished the very next morning or the court was going to dismiss the case. At 8:30AM this morning I received a call from Richard that confirmed that our defendant had been served. The fee was very reasonable due to the last minute request and the professionalism that was demonstrated with above quality standards for companies operating in our industry. Richard takes pride in his business, as we do at RCI and also answers his phone after hours, as we do, and unlike many of his competitors in the Richmond VA area. This dedication to his business insures that when critical situations arise, there are professionals within our industry who go the extra mile to make sure that it can can accomplished, whereby saving a case from the brinks of disaster.
