Ms. Schwind was NOT a client.  We work for numerous attorneys across the United States. Those attorneys are our clients.  We accept court documents from those clients and serve those documents on individuals and companies in this area. The attorneys provide us with guidelines to follow and the courts require us to perform due diligence.   The guidelines from attorneys can include the taking pictures with date, time and GPS coordinates on the pictures. Those pictures are used as evidence to prove we performed the service.  We have to attempt service at the residences,  places of employment, and attempt to make telephone contact.  When attempting service at residences, we do not know if the door bell or buzzer works making us knock hard to make sure we are heard. The majority of the time the documents we serve do not have a positive impact on the individuals we are serving.  So like Ms. Schwind, they become upset with the process server. We are just doing our job for the client.
