Negative experience: This guy is a total scam. I hired him to do some surveillance for a custody case I was in and on the first night he claims my daughter was left alone but he didn't get it on video. He then pressured me to continue the surveillance and when I had enough of his sales pitch I ended the job. I asked him to do his final accounting out of my retainer (thinking I would get some of the unused retainer back) he sent me a bill instead for an additional 3,500 and then held my file hostage. This guy is a thief!! Don't waste your time or money on this vermin. This is an update to my review: The review from "Ms. Larson" was the target in my investigation. After a dispute with Chucks fraudulent billing practices, in retaliation he contacted Ms. Larson the mother of my daughter and gave her all of my sensitive information that I confided with him. He also was in communication with Ms. Larson's attorney; Marcus Scott of Andover, MA. This is a sleazy unethical person. There is a court date coming up in Lawrence and I will update this review then.

Negative experience: Do not hire this company!!! The owner is a fraud! I filed a complaint with BBB.

Fantastic experience: I need to say incredible stuff by McLaughlin Investigative Group. I am superbly impressed about their service. They just handled a search for business associate which is not an easy task and "unfindable". It has been fabulous investigation by McLaughlin investigation group. Although, I like the way they send a report of tremendous amounts of information. I am happy to choose this firm to solve my problem.
