Fantastic experience: Dwayne Francis is a man of good character that I trust above any other. Francis and associates is without a doubt the private investigator to handle our needs with privacy and professionalism.
Negative experience: If there was an option to give no stars I would give them 0 stars! It was so unprofessional throughout my matter. Ultimately, francis stabbed me in the back by compromising the confidentiality of my case. I trusted him and at the end I had to go to their regulatory board to get my property and money back. My apartment and car were broken into shortly after and I believe he was a part of that. He kept asking where I lived which I never told him, and I caught him following me.
I am disputing this review as I have never worked with a client making such claims, and the allegations are entirely false. Furthermore, it is highly suspicious that the review was posted under an account named "None Nunya." I take this matter very seriously and will be consulting with an attorney to pursue a subpoena from Google for information related to this profile. Additionally, I plan on filing a civil lawsuit against this individual. A snapshot of this review has also been screenshot as supporting evidence of the defamation made against me and my company.
Fantastic experience: Francis & Associates is by far the most professional private investigator service out there. They are my go to investigator for all matters that require a level of discretion and further investigation. I highly recommend there services.

Negative experience: One I use it I'll let you know. Get the hackers off the devices. It is a federal crime I started reporting it years ago
