Fantastic experience: I Spoke to Chance and he was very professional asked me the right questions. I hired him do some some PI work for me and I paid him upfront. But things on my end changed and I ended up not needing his services before we ever started. I asked for a refund and he quickly agreed and refunded my full payment. That in its self meant alot and i would use him in the future. Overall a good experience.

I received a response the same day I contacted them and spoke with a very attentive investigator. We reached an agreement on scope and price and I received better than expected results. I obtained positive surveillance results and am ready for a trial with the evidence I need. Not that I want to have to go to trial, but working with Chief was the easiest part.
