Negative experience: This is my opinion and based on experience, I wouldn't waste my time with this company ever again. They provided poor quality services, mediocre reports, low quality cell phone footage (no use of professional cameras) and charged an arm and leg for half done work. Then when you ask about it, the lead investigator/owner becomes extremely defensive and unprofessional as a way to justify her not abiding by the terms of the contract. Just not worth the aggravation in my opinion. Also take heed to any reviews hereafter because they're obviously trying to save face (i.e. the post from Isaiah Carter, an account they created from their own satellite office at the National Harbor lol!) Lastly, I had to repost this review because they deleted the previous one! And beware of all of the recent reviews as they're obviously made up/fake accounts to help boost her poor rating!

Negative experience: I am posting my opinion and experience for awareness. They will sell you the world about their capabilities and quality of the work they do but instead what i experienced and received were only cell phones videos, pictures and screenshots as means to capture blurred pictures and a not to mention i received a not so great report to accompany the images and video. I also had to request multiple revisions to the report. When I tried to communicate with the lead investigator to resolve any issues she purposely become defensive when it came time for her to produce the work that was paid for. They utilized my time and money claiming they did something that was not up to the standards we agreed upon. I also noticed that they relocate frequently. I had to track them down for updates and many times they were unresponsive. At the end i was threatened about a payment for providing payment for incomplete services based on what was previously discussed and agreed upon. Additionally, Anytime updates were requested I received was nothing but hostility and aggression. In my opinion, No one should ever be charged the absurd amounts she request for screen shots, blurred cellphone pictures. So, once again, I am only posting my opinion for awareness.

Fantastic experience: They provide great quality services, detailed reports, quality footage from professional cameras and were even kind enough to give me a discounted rate for all of the tedious work done. She made sure to check all the boxes for the terms of the contract and was open and clear with my consistently. I definitely recommend working with this company!
