Negative experience: Had an appointment, waited and waited called and called. No one came and no one answered. Take time off work to be here because you have to be and apparently they, LOST TRACK OF TIME. Had to reschedule and had to miss work again because of an incompetent and incapable employee. Must be nice to own a business and not have to answer your phone. Must be nice to cost people a lot of money because you simply can't keep track of time. Simpletons apparently...

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Prostar were great to work with. We received a quote with the comparisons that we requested the same day that we had a review at our house. Our swap from a very old furnace to a new model adding AC was quick and painless. I’m a nosey home owner and every single question I had was answered as work was completed. The quality of work is top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prostar to my friends and family knowing that they would get remarkable craftsmanship at a great price.

Fantastic experience: I spent a lot of time searching for the right brand of furnace and the right company to install it. I found that prostar was the best company to go with. They offered the best furnace for the best price. The installers were very nice and did a beautiful job. They explained everything to me at the end of the job. Any little extra favors I asked for, they helped me with. It only took them around 6 hours to finish the job and when they were done, everything in the basement was very clean. Even cleaner then when they got here. Ken and mark did a great job on every thing. I strongly recommend that you use pro star for any furnace problems. You wouldn't want to make a wrong move on such a big investment.
