Negative experience: The most dishonest COMPANY They stole my money by Not Providing any service. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE THIEVES. Their scammers. DID NOTHING AND CHARGED ME FOR A SERVICE NOT RENDERED...THEN STATED I PAYED OFF THEIR WEBSITE. THE INVESTIGATOR CONTACTED ME VIA INFORMATION PER THERE WEBSITE. Do not do business outside the company. Meaning ,only do business with persons in writing on letter head, at their office. Otherwise they'll say " I sorry there is nothing we can do. You hired them off the website." However the people contact/ solicit you via the information on THEIR platform. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TRUST ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS FIRM. ***These are thieves*****

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service there is only one person you will speak too. This is not a real company please do not get scammed. The other bad review is correct the exact thing happened to me. Stop answering calls. Said I would get a refund and nothing! People work hard for their money then there is scavengers who are lazy and don't want to work for their own. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Negative experience: I hired them about a month ago. And 2.5 weeks ago from today I was told that there was a report ready in the client portal. Nothing is available. At first the dispatcher was nice, friendly and professional. Now she doesn't answer the phone, respond back to texts or answer emails, or update requests on the portal. I requested a new portal to be set up and Jasmine agreed but it has not been done. I had to hire another PI to investigate them and they were told that there is a report ready but they could not release it to them but they would try to help me get it -- still nothing. very unprofessional to not answer phone calls or texts-- might be FRUAD- DO NOT USE!!!!! THEY STOP ANSWERING PHONE CALLS OR KEEPING IN TOUCH ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!
