Negative experience: Hired them to track down some clients. Never heard from them in 2 weeks then got a bill saying they didn't find them. No explanation, just a bill. They were incredibly rude on the phone saying that they didn't have to report their findings. I highly recommend you go with someone else. Eagle Eye is much more effective, faster and the customer service is top notch. (And THEY found my clients in 2 days!)

Fantastic experience: I hired Pinkerton to conduct some private investigation in Boston. The service was spot on and the prices very very reasonable as well. I referred this private investigation agency to 2 other colleagues and they only had good things to say afterwards.
