Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to hire Andrew Cherepon as an expert witness in a case that went to a jury trial. He was honest and credible and the jury obviously believed him, because we ended up with a $5,000,000 verdict with 33% of the negligence placed on the defendant, resulting in a $1,700,000 judgment. Unfortunately, the the case was thrown out because my client died before the final judgment was entered, but the results still indicate that the jury believed Andrew. I like him because he tells the truth and the jury can see that he is sincere.
