Negative experience: I found the best investigation service there is in Memphis - see other review. This 731 Investgations is the worse there is. Poor customer service, persistent to resist, unable to use basic analysis to see a customer's benefit of having information that 95.2% of investigation services provide every day across the nation. Requires themselves to see the benefit and needlessly Requires customer to have an attorney which is a violation of a customer's Constitutional right to not have an attorney, to defend oneself. Hangs up while explaining legal skill and ability meaning they don't respect and won't hear a customer's background and skills. This all said and did after explaining I had yesterday joined a legal plan and needing to check my email to call from attorneys recommended, which means, it was a mute point because I said I would have an attorney. I have run ads hiring full-time investigators. I have way more work than this one item I called to discuss. I have 17 cases. I could have kept them busy for 2 months.
