Negative experience: I never in my life imagined the monstrosity of mistakes I would receive in a 75 page report from a ‘reputable’ private investigation company, and especially the ‘lead investigator’ who put together a report that falls short of what a teenager would do. After evaluating my report, I found a total of 20 mistakes, including 13 HUGE mistakes, that clearly indicates that the majority of this report was manufactured. When I spoke to the owner of TPI, his ONLY solution was take $80 and file a complaint with the Magistrate Office, and he says ‘I reviewed the report and I stand behind (lead investigator)’s work’ although this report would get tossed at ANY family court appearance. I wish there was an option to give -5 stars bc that’s the absolute best they deserve. I have never used a PI before, but I would 1,000% NOT RECOMMEND Therrell Private Investigators to ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: Karen is hands down THE best. She goes above and beyond, especially when there is a child involved. She is dedicated to her job and her clients. Hardworking is an understatement to describe Karen! I couldn’t thank her enough for all she’s done for me.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money on this service. Takes your money with a smile but no response to text, or calls (I have screen shots to prove ) doesn’t communicate or text back. Wasted a bunch of the money I paid, them watching the wrong house the adresses are clearly printed on the mail boxes so how this happens who knows. Text to prove this as well. Having to file BBB to get my last payment to them back if that doesn’t work having to hire attorney. Do not waste your time or money on these people. Like I said they can’t dispute this I have all the text to show everything.

Fantastic experience: TPI is the best service you will find when going through a trauma involving any situation that leaves you in need for surveillance. I have used them a few times. There is no other person other than Karen that I would deal with. The comfort that she bring to the table is indescribable and worth every penny. She stays in contact with you providing updates all of the way. She is sympathetic, listens, and goes beyond the call of duty. Hardworking does not cover it. When compromised she stays true to her client when no one else does. The best source available when you have no one to trust and have 0 clue what to do. There are not enough words. Things are not perfect in situations that require this service, let me be clear. But what I survived could not have been done without this place.

Fantastic experience: They are true professionals, I was nervous about hiring a PI and they were so nice and easy to deal with. Worked very hard for me to get the results needed, and handled getting all the necessary documentation to my attorney. Anyone who is unsure or if they should go this route, do it in the long run it’s worth it!
