Negative experience: I am deeply disheartened to share my experience with POE Background Report Company, which has left me with no choice but to give them a zero-star rating. My recent encounter with their services revealed a distressing instance of racial discrimination that led to the denial of tenant space being a black female. Despite my qualifications and meeting all necessary requirements for a apartment their background report provided by POE seemed to be tainted with bias, resulting in an unfair and unjust outcome. It is unacceptable that in this day and age, individuals are still subjected to discrimination based on their race. I urge anyone considering POE for background reports to exercise caution and reconsider their choice. This company's apparent failure to adhere to principles of fairness and equality not only harms individuals but contributes to the perpetuation of systemic discrimination.

Negative experience: DISGUSTED is about the only word I can think of after working with Carol B. from this company. She is rude, abrupt, and condescending. I would NEVER allow someone who treats customers as she did to continue to stay employed. Another review mentioned race potentially being a deciding factor with these people... by the way Carol behaved, I wouldn't doubt it at all.

Negative experience: Very shady business practices. Person who reached out to me regarding rental verification was most likely racist or biased towards my partner and didn’t want to speak to him. Very unprofessional and i dont know how anyone can do business with these people. People’s futures shouldn’t be in the hands of these people.

Negative experience: Be very careful and weary. This place has committed violations despite revoking consent. Currently being investigated by consumer relations at my request.
