Fantastic experience: Alaska Investigations Group was thorough, easy to work with and delivered more information than expected. I appreciated Robert’s personal yet professional candor when communicating and the final report was complete with photographic documentation and detailed chronological information pertaining to the case. I was pleased that he went the extra mile to provide additional information about the persons involved in the investigation by performing character witness interviews and pursuing additional background information in addition to the thirty days of direct surveillance that was agreed upon. I highly recommend him and his team to anybody needing investigative services!

Negative experience: This firm was horrible. I was promised a team of investigators with great experience and I received only one investigator that was off and on. They were basically just going to the place the target was at every night and parked outside with no real investigation involvement. At the end, after chasing them down for a report all they submitted was a brief that the target didn’t spend much time at home. I found more evidence and confirmed my suspicions through my methods. $5k for 30 nights of zero results is a rip off.

Fantastic experience: This message is to add onto lacy Pennington’s comment. Might I add this women’s husband was technically our client. They hired us to Surveillance his ex wife. The ex wife currently has full custody of their child (explains a lot). Lacey is a mere “stepmother” and has rarely been involved in the minor child’s life (minor child barely 2) to include is getting a one sided story by her current husband (who does NOT HAVE CUSTODY) and was upset because after going over to the home countless times we did not give her the information she wanted. The judge gave the mother full custody for a reason and I see why now. Also Lacey Pennington is a cereal complainer. She likes to complain on many business sights when she doesn’t get her way like a baby. We put over above and beyond countless time money and hours into this case- I even gave her an extra 2 weeks of FREE SERVICES because she could never be satisfied. So WARNING I would never take this person as a client unless you want to deal with drama. Lacey Pennington thought we were magicians and informed us of things “they thought were happening” in which none of it was happening, they in-fact lied to us about what was going on and gave us a false story- the client never went anywhere but to a grocery store work and to pick her kid up.... they are upset bc they only got photos of just that as if I am a magician and can make our subjects do bad things.... it will NEVER HAPPEN! I am in this business to help people- we have many satisfied clients and it’s impossible to make all of them happy. There is always going to be that one client who’s not going to be happy in even the best of businesses out there. I love my job and I am very upset that Lacey is putting false allegations out on myself and this business.

He talked me through the investigative process during an after hours phone call which took time away from his private life--yet, he was there for me. Refreshingly, he followed up the next day with me and he sent me information instantly so that I had everything I needed to make the decision which was best for me. In this day and age, when you have to track down contractors and other business to give them your money, Robert was there and he was never out of contact with me. Top notch!
