Negative experience: Horrible experience. Set up a apportionment with Frank two times to meet and discuss a case, Frank flaked last minute twice. When asked to meet in person he did everything to avoid an interview. He topped it all off by calling me only yell and disrespect me. Ask the man for a face to face meeting and Frank won't have time for you. He's unprofessional and temperamental. A real waste of time.
