Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! Amy at Armando Zatarain Investigations did an absolute amazing job with my investigation! After living in my home for 27 years, I decided to sell. Once my property went into escrow it was discovered there was a lien from 1998 due to a lender/broker not removing it when he sold the loan. Obviously the lien had been paid as the home had been refinance a couple of time, but I needed to track the lender down as he was still needed to sign off on the lien, but to no avail. Amy not only tracked the company and owner down, but also put together a timeline of everything that took place and with whom in a nice report I could take to the California Department of Housing (HCD) and get the lien cleared. I honestly could not have done this without Amy's due diligence and dedication to get this resolved! I cannot state enough how impressed I was with her! I highly recommend Amy and Armando Zatarain Investigations to anyone who needs help! Amy is also super nice to talk to:)

Fantastic experience: I needed to know a little more about an out-of-state person who is befriending one of my family members. I only knew the person’s name, approximate age and the resident state. Through my own internet search, I found a few snippets of the person’s traffic violations, accident and a battery case conviction. I became extremely worried about my relative’s safety. Through a lawyer friend’s recommendation, I hired Armando Zatarain Investigations to do a background check of the person. Amy, my investigator, did an outstanding job working over the weekend to get me the report quickly which contains the key information I needed: criminal/arrest records, gang affiliations, drug issues, outstanding warrants… Amy was also able to get me a court report of the person’s battery case in another state! It turns out that the person has failed to meet parole obligations and an active warrant is out for his arrest! Since I have very little experience dealing with a person with criminal backgrounds, Armando, the owner of the private investigation firm, with tremendous amount of law enforcement knowledge offered several very useful suggestions. Fantastic experience: AMAZING what you can find on YELP!!! I was amazed to be able to find a Private Investigator (PI) on YELP, especially in my time of need to try and find someone. I found Armando Zatarain Investigations on YELP and contacted him based on his location and the reviews on YELP. Armando and his team were SUPER quick to take on my PI work and it was absolutely needed to assist me and my family to locate a missing person. Armando Zatarain, the owner, very quickly assured me they would help me! He assigned Amy, his top PI, and she quickly did a background search on this person and found him to be a career "Criminal" with an astounding number of felonies and a considerable number of convictions and jail time. With this help, the Judge in this, restraining order case, was very quick to order his removal from my facility and to continue the restraining order for 5 years! Fantastic experience: I had first called Mr. Zatarain 6 months ago, I am in a 3.5 year divorce where husband is intentionally hiding stocks but they are private. Mr. Zatarian was informative on what I can do being that the stocks were private. He also provided me with other information to look out for which I would have never done on my own. recently I found out new information and I thought about Mr. Zatarain again to see if he could consult me on what I should do. When I thought it was impossible to get more detail information he helped me to see otherwise. While I understand that this email is public information I cannot be completely in detail as to what was involved because I am still in the divorce. What I did want to point out is say that if I can give him Mr. Zatarain 10 stars I would for his overwhelming knowledge that he shared with me in what I can do, things to look for and options that I should look at. The first thing Armando did was a phone consultation with me to make sure I had a case and to explain to me how his firm works. He gave me some really good tips and I hired his firm.
