Fantastic experience: The staff at Kellerman are so kind and helpful with your fingerprinting needs! They got me set up with the forms I needed right away! So helpful!

Negative experience: If you’re coming to be fingerprinted for a FOID and a CCL, you will need two sets of fingerprints. Ask for both and pay for both. The lady who took my prints failed to mention this despite asking me what brought me in and why I needed fingerprints. I filled out the form with all of that information detailing that it was for both the CCL and FOID. She only charged me for one set. Someone needs to be retrained. The person doing the job should know how to do their job, and read the paperwork we submit to them! The customer service representative says I should have asked for both as if I work here everyday processing fingerprints for CCL’s! No one took accountability or offered an apology. SMH! Update 11/21/24: the employee fingerprinting me did NOT tell me that I needed two sets of prints and that I should get one more at a later date. She didn’t even acknowledge why I was there. No one responded to my voicemail and when I called back she was very dodgy. The owner’s response is proof of what I said earlier, no accountability. Feel free to call me, I have no reason to put a false review here. This is how your employees behave. Retrain them.

Positive experience: The building is small and the space occupied is congested. The staff members do not present themselves business but casual. The atmosphere is somewhat uncomfortable and it does not smell clean. I did, however, give Kellerman three stars for the service provided in a timely fashion.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Mr.Kellerman and his company a million stars I would. We live out of state and needed to serve someone that lived in Illinois. When I say I was shocked that service was done within 48 hours with body cam proof. I didn't think we were going to make the cut-off for the courts. If you are looking for a person who is willing to put in the hard work for your business of need and do it correct, the money is soooo sooo worth it. His staff is so friendly and very great listeners to what your needs are. Fantastic experience: I always thought private investigators were for the movies or the super wealthy, however when my attorney suggested hiring one to solidify my case, Kellerman Investigations came highly recommended as the only service they used. I was both shocked and relieved at how affordable they were. Greg and Kim are consummate experts: enthusiastic, communicative, effective and efficient. Kim is very compassionate, patient and knowledgeable. My case was clearly not her first rodeo, and she concisely explained everything she and Greg would do to acquire the information I needed to support my legal case. Greg is exceptionally creative and tenacious, and he worked odd hours to gather the surveillance footage that cemented my case in a very short period of time. Fantastic experience: After 22 years I decided to start a hotrod build. My dad bought a new 1970 Chevelle for his mom and she drove it until 1993. She gave that car to me when she couldnt drive anymore and it was my first car. I sold it in 1997. Kimberly was able to track it down in about 2 days and I drove out to see if it was my car....it was! Still alive and needing alot of TLC. I was able to buy it back and it's currently in full restoration stages. I cannot thank Kellerman Investigations enough for a great service, follow up and general caring that they showed to me. Positive experience: I came in on a day that was reportedly supposed to be bad weather. I checked the website and it said you would be closing at noon. I showed up at 11am and was greeted with attitude. It took all of 3 minutes to do my fingerprints and it didn’t appear that they were in any actual hurry to leave to beat the weather. I apologized for coming in but that didn’t seem to matter much. My 30 minute drive didn’t compare to your 45 minute drive you were going to have to make. As I sit here in the parking lot and type this you still haven’t left. If I have a choice in the further I’ll use another location to get my fingerprints done. Also if I ever need an investor I won’t use this office. I hope everyone made it home safely.

Fantastic experience: I would HIGHLY recommend Kellerman for any and all of your investigative needs. I placed a call to Kellerman and was directed to Kim on 11/14 to ask for help in locating my father, whom I had never met. Kim literally went to work on getting all of the information from me. Kim directed me to come in the next morning. On 11/15 I went into the office, and Kim had located him. Although it was found out that my father was deceased, Kim still was able to provide me with contact information for a possible uncle. Thankfully, I was able to make contact with my uncle, and the story went extremely positive after that point. I simply would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your professionalism and passion for your job. Thank you Kellerman and Kim for allowing me to find the missing piece to my puzzle! :)

Kim did an identity search for us and couldn't have been more thorough! They were quick & very responsive. Positive experience: We were told the price foir livescan fingerprinting on the phone and was told a higher price when we arrived at the facility. 2 employees talked amongst themselves and we paid the lower of the 2 prices. One of the employees was talking us thru the fingerprinting process before it began and again, the second employee interupted correcting the first employees oral demonstration. It made for an uncomfortable visit since the 2 employees were at odds with each other.
