Fantastic experience: Greetings to ALL, I retained the services of MJ back in March 2015 after calling two other PI offices, to my surprise, the other two PI offices also in the Tampa area had the Vmail on and requested to leave message and they would call me back. I called MJ number and the phone was answered on the second ring, this led me to believe that this was my guy to deal with and surely was not disappointed. I needed some skip tracing of an individual in the Tampa area, with a bit more personalized touch to the customary skip tracing methods, MJ was on the case immediately and provided me within hours a detail email on the subject for peanuts of what I thought would be the cost. He took the most unusual step to make contact with the neighbor that confirm the whereabouts of the subject for an absolute minimum fee. Negative experience: 12/7/17. Was calling these guys for a friend just to get some general questions answered. I didn’t realize my phone number was blocked as I was calling from a business phone. Well these guys policy must be if god forbid they get a call from an unknown number, the first reaction is to be completely unprofessional!!! Based on this experience alone, I would not want to hire this company for PI services. Completely disrespectful and rude. And for the owner, my name will be posted on this post. That should make you feel better since you now know who you were on the phone with. Update 12/16/17. In response to the “owners” response. Clearly everyone can tell, even with your response that what I said was true. Just arrogant arrogant arrogant. Please don’t not try to deviate from the TRUTH, there was no confidentiality at risk with our conversation. Once again, I was calling about GENERAL INFORMATION. For example, prices and services you offer. There was absolutely nothing confidential at stake. Own up to it and be genuine. How you handled getting an unknown called WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. PERIOD. Change your ways and have respect for potential clients.
